I come from Muggia, a town in the province of Trieste on the border with Slovenia. I graduated from the University of Trieste with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Interlingual Communication in 2015 and a Master’s degree in Specialised Translation and Conference Interpreting in 2018. In the same year I moved to Barcelona, where I currently work in the field of languages and communication.
I have been a freelance translator since 2022. I specialise in marketing translations, transcreation localisation and content creation for social media and blogs. I also work as a dialogue interpreter, both online and in Spanish territory, in vulnerable social contexts.
In my work, I am a perfectionist and detail-oriented person, a characteristic that allows me to deliver translations, interpretations and texts of high precision and quality. I believe in the importance of inclusive communication as a tool to fight inequalities, especially at this historical moment when the invisibility of women and femininities, as well as minority collectives, is also expressed through linguistic choices.
